In 2013, Pocket Universe was commissioned to produce a full-cast audio dramatization of the first book in the YA series GAMADIN, by Tom Kirkbride, through which we are introduced to a trio of Southern California surfers whose act of heroism leads them on the adventure of a lifetime.
Joined by a socialite, a movie star/reluctant traveler, and the actor’s ex-military bodyguard, Harlowe, Riverstone, and Wiz set out to retrieve “Millawanda”, a ancient starship that once belonged to a long-dead race of peacekeepers called the Gamadin buried in the desert. It’s also the most dangerous weapon in the known galaxy. Unfortunately a destructive alien race has also found it’s location, and is willing to blow up the Earth to get it.
